      Top 10 key products in 2020

       01  The German GEA product PE7000, which replaces the entire machine, has successfully completed the initial test at the user's site. Since the installation and commissioning on March 20th, it has been running smoothly on site.

       The internal structure of the gearbox adopts a fully suspended floating structure, with high torque, high speed, and high efficiency. During the on-site acceptance process of 12 hours of idle operation and 8 hours of loaded operation, the temperature of the housing remains stable at 41℃, and the vibration is 4.6mm/s. The overall performance meets the original product level. The main motor power of the gearbox is 75KW, and the auxiliary motor is 45KW. The peak speed of the main motor is 2600rpm.


        02  The successful repair of the imported FLENDER high-speed gearbox for the large air separation unit has significantly reduced the purchasing cost for the users and shortened the product delivery cycle.

        The successful delivery of this project demonstrates the technical, manufacturing, and assembly capabilities of our company. Following that, the customer has signed a contract with our company for the localization procurement of a complete set of imported gearboxes. The product model is GSC680 with a rated power of 20400KW, a center distance of 680mm, an input shaft rated speed of 1500rpm, and an output shaft rated speed of 5450rpm. It features a herringbone gear structure. This contract also provides valuable experience and a solid technical and manufacturing foundation for our company to undertake similar imported gearbox replacement contracts, maintenance services, and parts replacement in the future.


        03  The large flywheel for the magnetic levitation braking test, with a speed of 600 kilometers per hour, has been successfully put into operation.

       This product is the track wheel component of the transmission scheme for the electromagnetic braking system test bench developed by our company for the National High-speed Train Technology Innovation Center. This product is independently designed and developed by our company and has complete independent intellectual property rights. The flywheel rotor can simulate linear eddy current braking test, circular track sliding shoe dragging test, and high-difference track sliding shoe dragging test. The moment of inertia of the flywheel rotor is 55920Kg·㎡, the rim speed is 183m/s, the diameter of the flywheel is 4m, and the weight of the flywheel rotor is 28 tons.


        04  The 20MW catalytic fan gearbox in the petrochemical industry is running stably on-site.

        This product is a gear box for axial flow fans, model: GSC530, with a peak power of 20MW. The rated speed of the low-speed shaft is 3000rpm, and the rated speed of the high-speed shaft is 5000rpm. The speed ratio is 1.833, with a center distance of 530mm, and a herringbone gear structure.The GSC series high-speed gearbox is a mature and serialized product of our company, widely used in gas turbine power generation, waste incineration power generation, water supply pumps, axial flow fans, nuclear power feed pumps, petrochemical compressor units, etc.



        05  The high-power synchronous variable speed clutch GSC500F, which is applied to the sintering fan of a steel plant, has been successfully tested in a single trial run with dual drive of steam and electricity.


        06  31MW waste incineration power generation units, which are exported to Indonesia have realized small batch production.

        The batch of gearboxes is used for the waste incineration project of a coal-fired power plant in Indonesia, with a rated power of 31MW. The generator speed is 3000rpm, and the turbine speed is 5025rpm. The project is located in a natural environment with high temperature and high salt spray, which imposes high requirements on the paint.


        07  The 50MW high-power gearbox passed the one-time trial successfully.

        This gearbox is a maintenance project undertaken by our company due to excessive vibration. The original gearbox was produced by the American company GE and used for gas turbine power generation. We have conducted disassembly and inspection of the components, re-balancing of the gear components, and replacement of oil seals, among other work. The gearbox has now passed the test and is ready for delivery.


        08  The maintenance project for the imported Copeland six-cylinder compressor gearbox has been successfully completed.

        This gearbox is used for air compressors in the gas industry. It pressurizes and cools the air to separate oxygen and nitrogen. We have replaced the main gear and the 3-6 stage gear shafts in our company. The challenge of this project lies in ensuring compatibility with the original product's components.


        09  The gear box H32632 of the Energy Storage Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has successfully completed the no-load test and entered the impeller testing phase. This gear box has a high power and speed, and features multiple-stage expansion (6 impellers). The vibration requirements must strictly comply with the API613 standard.

       The H series high-speed gearbox is a product independently designed by our company and is a major component of centrifugal compressors. Over the past three years, we have produced over a hundred units.


        10  The core components of the nuclear reactor, including the screw umbrella, have been successfully delivered.

        The processing of this gear component is completed on our company's DMG five-axis machining center equipment. We have three DMG five-axis machining centers that can process both Gleason and Klingelnberg tooth profiles, as well as straight bevel gears to meet their requirements. They can also meet the high contact spot requirements of straight bevel gears. Currently, our company has successfully entered the network of the Weapon Industry Group, laying the foundation for further cooperation in the future.
