　　Chongqing Zhizhan Gear Transmission Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise with gear transmission equipment as its core business, integrating technological research and development, production, sales, and service. It was founded in 2008, and acquired Chongqing Yongjin Heavy Machinery Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. in 2019. Its current designed maximum power transmission is 50 MW, the highest pitch line velocity of gears is 180 m/s and the maximum speed is 100,000 r/min. It has been awarded honors such as "Digital Workshop," "Green Manufacturing System Demonstration Enterprise," and "Chongqing High-speed Heavy-duty Gearbox Transmission Enterprise Engineering Technology Research Center." 　　We more than 50 processing equipment, including advanced equipment such as German DMG five-axis machining centers, Italian PAMA boring and milling machining centers, German NILES CNC gear shaping machines. It capable of manufacturing various integral gear parts with a diameter of up to 2 meters, unlimited modulus, accuracy up to DIN-3 level, and tooth surface hardness reaching HRC58-62, as well as non-backlash herringbone gears and high-precision gearboxes. It also masters the world's leading technology for single-matching processing of spiral bevel gears.
