The company's design capability of high-speed, heavy-duty, non-standard transmission devices, and bevel gears is at an advanced level in domestic. Currently, the designed products can transmit power up to 50,000KW, linear speed of 180m/s, rotational speed of 100,000rpm, and transmit torque of 750 ton•m.
Software used
The company has introduced advanced software for gear design, strength check, modification, modal analysis, fatigue analysis, and other comprehensive and systematic multidimensional analyses. The software includes gear calculation software, 3D drawing software, rotor dynamics and bearing calculation software, and finite element simulation software.
