The D-JDX series reducer is a single-stage reduction device. The input shaft and the output shaft are arranged in a horizontally concentric structure, and all the gears and gear shafts of the reducer are carburized and quenched, and ground with high precision to form single helical gears with hardened tooth surfaces. All gears adopt advanced large arc sinking tooth profile. It also features microcomputer-controlled gas carburizing and quenching technology, as well as computer-aided design technology, ensuring excellent quality.
