On March 7th, the user reported good news on site: the COOPERAE-100 level 6 compressor gear box, which was undertaken by our company, successfully completed its load test on its first attempt and has officially been put into operation!
The original gearbox was designed and manufactured by COOPER, a company from the United States. The model is COOPER AE-100, used in the gas industry for air compressors. It is a six-stage expansion compression system that pressurizes and separates oxygen and nitrogen from the air through deep cooling. The user sent it to our company in November 2020 for maintenance. We disassembled and inspected the components, replaced the large gear and gears for stages 3 to 6. Before leaving the factory, we conducted empty-load and load simulation tests. The replacement parts were well matched with the original components, and all performance indicators met the technical agreement requirements.

Product assembly in progress
Through disassembly, inspection, and communication with the user, we have greatly improved our technical, process, and assembly capabilities. The personnel in various departments have gained a deeper understanding of the gas compressor industry, further consolidating our company's leading position in the high-speed gearbox field. This has laid a solid foundation for our company to undertake similar projects in the future and has significant strategic significance in promoting the localization of imported high-end gearboxes.
